I HADNT JOGGED FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK AND TODAY IM BACK AGAIN!

i have so so busy with my work and stuffs for last week. thot that its time to start jogging again with lesser work. it really feels GOOD after the jog. i can feel my calories cutting down and muscles toning up. i made it a MUST to jog at least thrice a week. however, it is less likely to happen for these upcoming few days cos my field supervision is just ard the corner. well, i will still get back to jogging regularly when things get easier for me. :)
P.S: gals, jogging is a very effective way of dieting. it is also good for blood circulation. so dun get lazy when it comes to exercising!
i dun understand why ppl start to regret only when its too late *
